We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR (such as health or biometric data).
3.1 Service delivery. We use your email to send the requested PDF estimate. Your contact details are used to connect you with contractors or our independent advisor, but only when you explicitly request this.
3.2 Service improvement. Aggregated and anonymised estimate data (e.g. average project size per region) is used to improve our pricing models and content. It is not possible to identify any individual from this analysis.
3.3 Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, configured with privacy-oriented settings including reduced IP retention and the EU data protection safeguards provided by Google. Analytics cookies are activated only after you give explicit consent via the cookie banner. No analytics data is collected before consent is given.

You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing ask@gradbau.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
3.5 Sharing with third parties. We share your data with the following recipients:
International transfers. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area (notably by Google LLC), the transfer is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) together with supplementary technical and organisational safeguards. Retention periods may be extended where a longer period is required by law or where retention is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. After expiry, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

localStorage. Certain localStorage entries are used strictly for functionality requested by you (language selection and calculator progress). These entries do not transmit data to our servers and are treated as essential storage necessary for providing the requested service.
