Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use localStorage — a browser storage mechanism similar to cookies but technically distinct.
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them. For broader information on how we process personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics 4 is configured with privacy-oriented settings including reduced IP retention and the EU data protection safeguards provided by Google. Analytics data is used solely to improve our service and is not used for advertising profiling.
Cookie lifetime does not necessarily correspond to Google's internal analytics data retention settings; for details on Google's processing, see the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
Marketing cookies
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If this changes, this Policy will be updated and your consent will be requested before any such cookies are set.
Giving and withdrawing consent. When you first visit the site, our cookie banner offers two options of equal prominence: «Accept all» or «Essential only». Analytics cookies are loaded only after you give explicit consent to analytics. Without consent, no analytics data is collected.
How to withdraw your consent. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time. Go to the «Cookie settings» section below on this page — you will see your current consent status and a button «Withdraw consent». After withdrawal, the cookie banner will appear again on your next page load so you can make a new choice. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Browser-level control. You can also control cookies through your browser settings (block, delete, restrict cookies and localStorage). Note that disabling strictly necessary items may affect calculator functionality and language preferences.
Record of your consent. Your consent choice is stored in localStorage (key: gradbau_cookie_consent) and remains valid for 12 months. After this period, the cookie banner will appear again so you can confirm your preferences.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we add new tools or when regulations change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made.
